28 miles from the mainland...

The Isles of Scilly are situated 28 miles South West of Land's End.

There are five inhabited islands. 

St. Mary's is the largest island,  Number 16 is located in a private no through road with views of Porth Mellon Beach

Hugh Town centre is within 10 minutes walk with its shops, supermarket, bank and pubs. The quay, where the launches to all the off islands depart, is another 5 minutes walk.
